Amanda McIntosh, CPA

Amanda McIntosh has over 25 years of public, private and governmental accounting experience. Her accounting career began in the payroll department at Dow Chemical Company. She has also held financial positions in the Offshore Oil & Gas and Real Estate Management industries. Amanda became Director of Accounting in 1992 for one of the nation's largest public transportation systems, VIA Metropolitan Transit in San Antonio. In 1993 she joined Travis County Transportation and Natural Resources as Director of Finance. She began her public accounting career in 1998 with a Georgetown accounting firm until opening her own practice in 2003.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She has served on the boards of The Georgetown Heritage Society, The Palace Theater, Seton Williamson Women's Development Board and Williamson County Community Coordinated Childcare.

Jana Cottrill, CPA

After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University, Jana continued her education by earning a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, Jana moved to Houston and worked for Arthur Andersen LLP, beginning as a Tax Staff Accountant and then as a Tax Senior. She furthered her career by working as an accountant for MetroNational in Houston for four years before moving back to Austin to work as a Property Controller for Hill Partners for the next five years. She joined Amanda McIntosh, PC in September of 2010.
